Orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after midday may be dispatched the next working day.

£3.95 Standard Delivery applies on all UK orders. (Courier or Royal Mail Tracked 2-4 working days).

£5.95 UK Express Delivery (Next Day Courier Delivery - Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday). Express delivery orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday.  Orders placed over the weekend cannot be dispatched until Monday.

Note we Do Not deliver on Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday do not qualify for next day delivery but will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Click & Collect - We are still offering Click and Collect during lockdown. Once your order has been confirmed for colelction, come into Fika (cafe next door) anytime Monday - Friday 9am-4.30pm and call us on 01572 770372 and someone will drop off your order. We do recomened having it posted instead as it is safer, and our store is currently undergoing a lot of building work. 


All orders placed on the Cavells web site are distributed from our hub in the UK. Various European Governments have implemented border restrictions in an attempt to stop the spread of the Covid-19. These restrictions are a temporary measure - while in place, delivery and returns will be subject to a delay. As a result our customer service team are dealing with high volumes of enquiries, they will respond to you as quickly as they can, but wait times may be longer than usual.

Cavells has strong contingency plans in place to ensure our customers’ deliveries arrive with them when expected.

Since the outbreak of Coronavirus, we have been working closely with our couriers and following the guidance of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation to minimise the risks to our customers and our employees at work. Whilst we cannot anticipate delays and disruptions to delivery times in exclusion zones, we are working with our couriers to find solutions to still meet our expected delivery schedules where possible and in accordance with the regulations of the local jurisdiction. We will continue to provide updates on this as they develop. Currently, we are seeing minor delays to some deliveries due to delays with our couriers so please be aware of this when placing your order.
