Velvet by Graham & Spencer Mel Printed Viscose Crepe Blouse in Leopard. Crafted in lightweight viscose crepe, this relaxed blouse is detailed with contrast sheer crepe long sleeves that are finished with a cinched cuff and contrast black embroidery trim. The main bodice is made from drapy viscose and features a flattering v-neckline with contrast frill detail.
