Maxi Dresses Return to High Fashion

Although Maxi Dresses have been hovering around the fashion fringes for the last few years, this year they are really making their mark and with the beautiful weather we have enjoyed over the last month they have come into their own. It is a sure sign of a summers day seeing people wafting around in a beautiful floaty maxi dress with simple flip flops or gladiator style sandals, and much more flattering for most that the other current trend for super short shorts!
In Cavells, we have a wide range of wearable maxi dresses - from glamorous silk printed ones from Libelula that could easily be dressed up for the smartest of occasions, to the other end of the spectrum with a simple tie-dyed cotton dress from Velvet. For hot summer days, our blue and white floral linen 120% dress is perfect, and can be accessorised with a denim jacket or little shrug for a slightly more formal occasion. Carrying on the denim theme, Beaumont Organics have designed a very fine mid-denim maxi dress with a peter pan collar which is extremely versatile and bang on trend.
